Audi, the German manufacturer of a range of luxury automobiles, is globally famous for its concept cars. The automobile company started in 1966 and was relaunched with the 1965 introduction of the Audi F103 series by former owner Daimler-Benz. The brand was named after the surname of the founder August Horch which means “listen” in German and translates into “Audi” in Latin.
The most impressive Audi concept car is Audi Cross Coupe Quattro. This automobile, which premiered at the Shanghai motor show, combines the design and performance of a premium compact sports car with a four-seat SUV.
